How to be angry correctly and why Kyanite jewelry is helping us realize causes for aggression.

Learn how to create healing jewelry for dealing with anger.

The "Love Myself" Crystal Talisman Mandala with Kyanite.

What in the world I am I talking about being angry correctly? No kidding I tell you it is possible to use anger correctly. Let me also tell you more about the powerful usage of Kyanite. We can use blue Kyanite to release negative emotions. If you read the sequel to The Golden Compass: The Subtle Knife – a magical knife is described that can cut open up portals between dimensions. Reading this book I thought that there were some similarities between that knife and a naturally occurring mineral: Kyanite.

Now you may think you are not angry at all, but anger is part of our skill set in life!

The main point is HOW we use this skill. And when we detect hot emotions, we can 1) respond wisely or 2) react! This will result in two dramatically different outcomes. To explain further:

Living beings are functioning on various levels:

Such as breathing, thinking and having emotions. Emotions are detected and generated though the sense of feeling – it not a physical thing, because it is our chakras that handle that. They act like radar to detect energetic vibrations in our surrounding, but also like power plants that generate energy:

  • Example: All of a sudden you feel uneasy at your desk. The next moment your co-worker arrives with a frown on his face… You did not see him coming, but you felt something. This is what I mean: you were able to detect a feeling before you actually saw the person coming. And after such interaction you might still feel uneasy, which means that you lost energy to the other person.

Emotions are sticky like molasses, and if we don’t deal with them, we might end up in a dead end loop… such as depression. It might help to know that emotions are generated by the chakras dependent on what we believe!

  • Example: If you believe your romantic partner should do certain things for you and fails, you might get disappointed or angry.

Now if you’d like to try the power of Kyanite, you could use a Kyanite blade to cut cords and clearing your aura. Our crystal healing students are taught to do this. Also a Crystal Talisman with Kyanite can reflect our desire to resolve inner conflicts by letting us begin to feel our anger.

  • Experience: One Healing Jewelry participant reported that as soon as she put on her Crystal Mandala Talisman, she felt angry immediately. Reasons for this may be that Kyanite helps us uncover our true self. But when our psyche holds detrimental ideas about ourselves that is not getting us to our goals, it is natural to be angry. And being angry is part of your awakening-process! Kyanite basically reflected her inner anger!

Using our anger correctly means to consciously use the energy of anger to purify our emotions rather that being like a pressure cooker exploding now and then. That hurts other people. Using an emotion correctly is like using speed to drive up an icy driveway: we take stance and press the gas pedal down deliberately and aim to arrive safely. You can apply anger in the same way. State your boundary with emphasis to communicate effectively. And your anger is dissolved…

5 Crystal Healing Tools to use with Kyanite when we realize that anger can be an aid in our awakening:

  1. Crystal Healing Wand – to reflect & remove aggressive or hostile energies
  2. Crystal Talisman – support our personal intentions to deal with anger
  3. Crystal Layout – to facilitate inner shifts in a healing session and release causes for anger
  4. Crystal Grid – to set out boundaries to negativity and aggression
  5. GemCodes – for imprinting your personal intentions regarding negativity and anger

If you have an issue with anger: share it, or try some of the above 5 healing techniques. Blessings,

A Labyrinth is a powerful meditation tool, walk it to solve your problems.

How to Walk a Labyrinth

from wikiHow – The How to Manual That You Can Edit
If you have a problem you can use the Labyrinth to help solve it. A Labyrinth is a meditation tool consisting of a walkable single line path. When troubled by disturbing emotions or unfortunate events in your life walking a Labyrinth can help resolve your inner discomfort and still your mind enough for you to get clarity of what is going on. This article describes how this process can be done.

Steps

  1. Stand in front of the entrance to the Labyrinth. State your intention as clearly as possible. For example: I want a solution to my problem with … It could be anything that is troubling you.
  2. Then center yourself by a couple of deep breaths. This is important because doing this you instruct your subconscious and all other parts of yourself to pay attention to your sincere wish of solving your problem. Some prefer to also say a short prayer or smudge themselves, depending on which faith you adhere to.
  3. Begin your walk. The first step sets the pace for your walk. It can be fast or slow. If one is very upset: fast walking in lets the emotion dissipate easier. Most people in my experience try slowing down their mind by slower walking. Your walk becomes a meditation when you surrender all your problems and just walk. Other parts of you have now a chance to process your request of a solution.Continue to walk as you didn’t have any problems at all, let it all go. Surrender to the activity of attentive walking. Some walk barefoot to feel the earth connection more clearly. Let the burden (your problem) fall off your shoulder. Various parts of your being are now processing your wish for solution. All you have to do is to let it incubate and not interfere, let it be and let go of any expectations.Continue to walk as you didn’t have any problems at all, let it all go.
  4. Reaching the center. You may stop here for awhile, sit or lay down if you feel like it. The main thing is to let yourself surrender totally to your inner process. I sometimes remain an hour in the center. It feels so good to have all the time you need.
  5. Walking out. When you are ready, just walk out. Accept the insights and gifts you may have received. Adopt a sense of gratitude will always facilitate resolutions. Offer your thanks for what you have learned.

Is this un-attainable? Well it is up to each one of us to fulfill isn’t it? I certainly want it for myself. And I know that if all people have what they need, I too will be totally fulfilled. So what needs to happen on this planet?

I for sure can only make decisions for myself, even a small child is making life changing decisions even at a very early age. It is proven that what we decide in each moment is really affecting us later in life tremendously.

In the words of the Buddha: what you did before is what your life is now, what you do now is how you will become in the future.   I am a lazy person and want stuff happening fast to serve me, but I have come to learn that to serve others is far more rewarding in this regard. Why is it so?

It is because humans are social and cannot be isolated entities, without others we are nothing, and couldn’t survive very long. So if we offer ourselves to aid others we in turn get help when we need it.

Will you help a home less person in the gutter, or turn away in disgust. The smell and the soiled pants might be seriously revolting you, but could you extend a helping hand to him or her that would really make a difference?

Peace and prosperity means different things depending on in what your situation is! I. For me, I treasure very much the old stove someone’s aged mother left on the curb because she at the age of 86 needed a more convenient kitchen. I am helped by this as now I have 4 elements to cook my food on. It doesn’t matter that the oven underneath doesn’t work properly.

Everything can be seen as a treasure, but it takes the eye of humility and awareness to discover it. More people than ever are searching for the real truth, which includes me. I consider myself very fortunate, to live in the country, breathe fresh air and have friends who support my work. It is really only me who can decide if I am happy or not.

Does this lead anywhere or are you only ranting? You might say. Well, yes I was supposed to talk about how you too can make the choices you want, but this reverie about peace came before me and seemed more important. What is peace?

Place the object for forgiveness inside the Dioptase grid to purify yourself!

Peace is an elevated emotion that keeps me really calm and contented right there in the centre. Nothing is further needed, nada! It is it! I do not need anything else.  I don’t need any drugs or coffee or support or anything else from anybody. It is just peace, as this feeling continue I feel I must share it with others. It is a joyous feeling and I yearn to see others also feeling it.

If you like some crystals to help feeling peaceful you might try, Blue Kyanite to clear the old away and bury that old hatchet forever, or Blue Calcite for reducing your anxiety and stress.

So this is my wish to see peace and prosperity for all of you… Happy New Year!

Love and Prosperity to All,

Margherita

Rose Quartz is the Self-Love Stone

Well the obvious is that one is a plant and the other is a rock, but what is remarkable with this comparison is that both access the portals to the heart. When I see a rose I first think of its scent which makes me feel wonderful especially if the rose was given by someone I love. Rose Quartz however points me to a mellow feeling that is harder to describe.

How many of you can truly say that you really love yourself? Real Self Love, I propose, is the first step to develop our consciousness, without it we are caught in the  conflicts and dramas that we see in the world daily, which cause endless suffering. How is that so? To really Love is to give up how something is supposed to be, it is to truly accept what is, so when we direct that love to include ourselves we accept who we are without judgment.

Rose Quartz in my experience is a powerful healing tool. I feel that it helps to connect me to my inner child and to the gestation time before birth. Our first beginnings on the earth may seem hostile to many and in healing early traumas, Rose Quartz may help to protect the vulnerable state we were in at that time. By feeling safe and protected in a healing situation, we may dare to approach and find reconciliation of unfortunate events in our early life.

How to work with Rose Quartz? Rose Quartz is Yin Fire, the feminine aspect of the fire element in the Crystal Moon Mandala. Obtain a piece of Rose Quartz and before bed place it on your heart. Think of yourself as being in a bubble of Rose Quartz creating a soft pink field around you. Let that soft but powerful field purify any negative thoughts and emotions you may have about yourself in the same way a loving mother would soothe her baby to sweet sleep. Invite a sense of peace and surrender to your inner guidance. You truly know how to heal, if you listen deeply.

Given a perfect pink rose we may feel acknowledged and loved by another. Rose Quartz on the other hand teaches us to love ourselves, and in that state we would not need outside approval.

Crystal Blessings,

Margherita

You might have experienced challenges and not knowing how to go about changing your state of affairs. Like most people, I experience my life as a mix of the good and the bad. What we normally do not see is how to work with our difficulties.

Do you consider an obstacle to be a good thing? Probable not, at least not at first, but after you have gone through it, you probable gained a great deal from your ordeal.  A shift in how we view an experience makes a vast difference in how we can integrate it. When I stay present I also keep my energy close by and not wasted in an emotional reaction.

Crystal Practice. I have applied some crystal practices to my life that make my life  a bit easier. Usually I tell myself that an event is just an event, and it is my mind that assigns it any value. Amethyst has helped me to see that changes are  good, I have for about two years now kept two amethysts by my workspace or by my bed. I feel that the openness to accept change is most important.  How you choose to experience something shapes your life.  I feel that by surrounding myself with Amethyst, my attitude have changed, and I waste less time worrying, and I can instead use my energy wiser to make most experiences valuable.

How to? It sounds good on paper but how does one actually do this? What I do first is to really like my crystals, I appreciate their beauty or how they feel to me. So every time I notice them they make me feel good. I place them so they fit in my space nicely. I guess I am a visual person and fussy about how things look. But for another person it might be experienced differently, perhaps color is more important than shape and feel. Then work with that.  I state my intention with the placement (why I want these particular stones in my space).

Crystal Grid. What I described so far is creation of  a Crystal Grid. You would need at least two preferable three crystals to create a grid. When I am inside my grid, I function better and my work goes smoother. As is the case around my computer where I work, I set up the conditions for how I do my work. I have noticed that I am more effective with my amethysts present. In addition I have a couple of grounding stones as well, more on that in another blog. Especially I have discovered that I don’t take things too personal if it doesn’t go as I planned it.  At other times I have had the Amethysts grid my bed. It is quite effective to make room for acceptance as well. When I change I can evolve, and that is what I want, to be the best possible. You might try this out as well.

Amethyst is Fiery Air in the Moon Mandala. It is the intuitive sparks in the intellect that transforms dread into creative action. Change is good.
